Spaghetti Bolognese pizza and lasagna ordered ... the spaghetti was great on the pizza instead of fresh ingredients these were from glass or can and we prefer not to talk about the lasagna

Today we have ordered food from La Pergola for a long time to be picked up. There was no friendly greeting as soon as they entered the restaurant. Since the meal wasn't ready, I had to sit down again and wait, and at least a drink was offered. Night a little over 20min. (as previously stated) our meal came with pizza, pasta and salad. At home we quickly discovered that the pizza was no longer lukewarm and the one pasta dish was also only lukewarm. The rest of the pasta was boiling hot, which leads to the assumption that everything was ready except for the second pasta, because while it was in the oven, the rest had time to cool down. I wanted to complain directly, unfortunately the phone just rang through many times. In terms of taste, the pasta was a 4 and the pizza a smooth 6. Regardless of the fact that it was cold, it was tasteless and far from real Italian pizza. There is an urgent need to catch up here! The fact that the waiter (junior chef) is extremely unfriendly made the evening round. We don't come / fetch any more.

Positive = The food was delicious, the beer was good. Despite the street right at the tables, it was nice to sit outside, inside it also looks nice and clean. Critical = 50 minutes waiting for food despite only 4 tables being occupied, pick-up felt preferred or served faster; very taciturn, really not in a good mood waiter; four people didn't eat at the same time, first the pizzas, then ten minutes later the pasta - the smallest child at the table was allowed to wait the longest for its pasta with tomato sauce; the white wine was warm. I can imagine that you can eat well there when the waiter has a friendlier day and you get your dinner faster and at the same time. So I didn't like it now, if I had got the food, I would probably have been satisfied ....

Two families with 4 children can take 1.5 hours to wait for the meal without any intermediate information and apology was not pleasant. When the food finally came, it was unfortunately tasteless. For example we had Rigatoni al Forno four times and all 4 people agreed! The food has no taste! We said that when we ordered salt, pepper and spiciness for seasoning. NO excuse, just the phrase “no one has complained before”! So hospitality and criticism looks different. Something can always happen, but it should then also be seen. The pizzas were also nothing special and had little taste. We will definitely not be back!
